This website is operated by Clark Health Co, a mobile sports therapy service operated by Callum Clark, a member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST). The information on this website is provided for general information about our services.

Use of this website or contact via the website does not in itself create a therapist–client relationship. A therapist–client relationship is established only once an appointment has been booked and accepted and an assessment has been carried out.

4. Bookings & Services

Appointments may be booked via our online booking system provided through Cliniko or by contacting us directly.

All appointments are subject to availability and agreement to our Cancellation & Appointment Policy, which is provided to clients before their first appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including where safety, location, or suitability concerns arise.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance may be subject to a fee. Full details are provided in our Client Policies document.

6. Payments

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of booking or appointment. We reserve the right to require prepayment for appointments in certain circumstances, such as repeat late cancellations.

7. Refunds & Disputes

Completed sessions are generally non-refundable, as treatment outcomes vary between individuals. If you believe the service fell significantly short of a reasonable professional standard, please contact us within 7 days to discuss. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. For prepaid appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Non-attendance is non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. For billing disputes, contact clarkhealthco@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding its completeness or accuracy.

Clark Health Co shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss arising from reliance on information on this website

  • Any website downtime or technical issues

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
